Job description:
1. Research and development (R&D) of the image processing algorithms and the recognition algorithms, including image processing, pattern recognition, machine learning, deep learning, and other related fields;
2. Optimize and improve the existing algorithms, and conduct image processing algorithm research, design, and validation;
3. Choose and procure the right hardware, including industrial 3D cameras, touch screens, light sources, etc.. Understand the product characteristics and features of different suppliers.
4. Write and manage documents related to the project.
Job Requirements:
1. Master’s degree or above, major in image processing, pattern recognition, mathematics or computer-related studies;
2. Proficient in at least one programming language, including but not limited to Java/Python/C++, familiar with VB interface programming.
3. Skilled in basic image processing algorithms, experience with OpenCV, HALCON, VisionPro and other machine vision libraries;
4. Proficient in using a variety of methods to optimize the speed of the algorithm and quickly carry out the simulation verification of the algorithm; be skills in MATLAB with strong algorithm analysis, research and implementation capabilities;
5. More than 3 years of work experience in related positions.

1. More than 5 years of experience in auto body painting work. Have the ability to train other technicians.
2. Work with the IoT painting software development: responsible for the debugging and test of the software.
3. Good teamwork spirit and work ethics. Bilingual in Mandarin and English is preferred.
4. Salary is negotiable, based on experience. Full-time and part-time possible.

Embedded Software Engineer
Responsibilities:

1. Engage in embedded software design and development;
2. Write software development documents and files;
3. Complete other research and development work required by the supervisor.
Requirements:
1. Familiar with C and C++ development, familiar with MCU/SoC, with a solid foundation in algorithm, hardware, and programming;
2. Strong program debugging ability, familiar with Keil, CodeWarrior and other integrated development and environment;
3. Experience in auto electronic products or BMS development is preferred; familiar with automotive CAN protocol;
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability;
5. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.

Requirements:
1. Experience in auto power electronics technology, knowledge, design, and debugging;
2. Experience in operation of EDA drawing software;
3. Skilled in electronic welding process;
4. College degree or above, preferably major in automation, with a minimum of two years’ experience in R&D and production of power products;
5. Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, good work ethics;
6. Strong on-job learning ability;
7. Experience in new energy or BMS industry is preferred.
