Description

1. The insulated tools are respectively placed in the three drawers of the Trolley;

3. The insulation tools passed VDE approval;
4. Insulation withstands voltage 1000V, Comply with IEC/EN 60900-2004 standard;
5. This set of insulated tools has passed the Adhesion Test, Flame Test, Torsion Test, Pressure Test, High & Low-Temperature Test Oven, Extreme Low-Temperature Impact Test and Dielectric Test.

Precautions for using Insulated Tools:

(1) Insulated Tools should avoid high-temperature baking to prevent the handle or insulating layer from deforming;

(2) When using or storing, avoid cutting the insulating layer with sharp tools;

(3) When wearing insulated gloves, first wear a pair of cotton gloves to absorb hand sweat, and wear a pair of canvas gloves or sheepskin gloves outside the insulated gloves during operation to prevent the broken wires or cables from piercing the insulated gloves, which may cause electric shock;

(4) Avoid contact of insulated tools with oil or solvent liquids;

(5) Insulated Tools should be tested regularly.
